The Hamburger Schule recognises coaching as being justifiable and
comprehendible in its practical form, in its understanding of coaching,
in the coaching process and in the evaluation of the coaching. With
this in mind, a logic in coaching is given and necessary. As logic
is considered as being the teaching of formal relationships or thought
materials, then observing these in the actual thought process and
its explanation can be “logically” experienced.
