Coaching Education according to the Hamburger
Schule takes place under consideration of various structural requirements,
which are derived from a systemic-constructivist learning culture
and general social conditions. Coaching Education is thus not only
an individual act but also a social responsibility. The fundamental
social standard
originates from our constitutional law.
Coaching and the training of coachees must always respect the personal
rights of the individual in the interpretation of our constitutional
law.
In this respect, the coach and the coachee re-live the message of
our constitution in coaching.
