Teaching and Learning
Is the path the objective or does the
path lead to the objective?
This is by no means solely a philosophical question. Coaching is
a service that is only demanded again if the coach has provided
an effective service in the eyes of the coachee.
Teaching is practical, pragmatic and can be evaluated in coaching
practice. The saying goes: everything that is taught is examined
and everything that is examined is to be learned. In its core, teaching
is authoritarian, which is balanced out by the respectful handling,
appreciative acceptance and sympathetic tolerance of different learners
with their individual potential.
The conveyance of the theory of Self-Organised Coaching requires
an interaction of didactic and methodology, which individually encourages
the gaining of competence as a coach.
