Core Models and Definitions of the Hamburger Schule
A theory is a model of thought which can
be drawn upon to explain events or for the construction of new worlds.
It can also be understood as being the whole of a theoretically constructed
picture – in contrast to practice. According to this, a theory
is a simplified picture of an extract of reality.
The Hamburger Schule understands the term model as being the reduced
complexity and abstract depiction of reality.
Based upon the theory of Self-Organised Coaching, the Hamburger
Schule has developed various models and finds the following – in
its understanding – important:
- Competence Model Coach
- Competence Model Coachee
- Competence Development Model
- Individual Development of Values
- MBVC Model
- Critical Success Factors in Coaching
- Communication Context
- Coaching Process
