Systemic-Constructivist Didactics
Didactics (from the Greek: didáskein
= teaching) is to do with the structured selection of content to
a topic.
In its systemic understanding, the Hamburger Schule integrates didactics
within the topical context of coaching with the curricular topic
areas, the participating groups and the training objective.
In selecting content, the constructivist view of a person is taken
into consideration who, due to his own feelings, motives, needs,
values and intellect of a context does not perceive reality but creates
(constructs) a subjective reality.
