Vision
The Hamburger Schule represents an orientation benchmark for fundamental
questions on autonomous coaching.
The Hamburger Schule also sees itself as „advocate“ on
the subject of autonomous coaching, in order to provide
help for interpretation on the basis of the reflected experiences
as coach and coach trainer and so as to make the „integrity
of coaching“ possible.
In a correct sense, the Hamburger Schule stands for public acceptance
of “aesthetics in coaching”.
These aesthetics of coaching are identifiable in the:
Vision of coaching:
- Coaching offers the best emphatic-dramaturgical
context for the development of sustainable self-learn concepts
of people
and the
Mission of coaching:
- In the development of sustainable
self-learn concepts, coaching respects the values: freedom, voluntariness,
provision of resources, self-control and the three concerns: decision-making
ability, enhancement of perception, alternative actions.
